Alex Mari is an interdisciplinary performance artist from Atlanta. She has an MFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design and has shown work across Atlanta including MINT Gallery, Whitespace, and Mason Murer Fine Art. She's performed in the Brooklyn International Performance Art Festival and in Yellowfish Durational Performance Art Festival V in Seattle. She's also performed or shown work internationally in Berlin, London, Monrovia, Puri, Fez, and Beijing.

 

Currently, her works interrupt the status quo through fantastical narrative, becoming-other, ritual, objects and tasks, and digital ephemera.
